The 22LR conversion Glock accessory is designed to allow you to use the more
inexpensive .22 long rifle ammo which will increase your shot to a much longer
range and more often. This conversion unit also helps to turn your Glock into
the ideal pistol for those who are shooting a handgun for the first time. This
also makes for a good tool when teaching young adults and women how to shoot a
pistol safely without the fear of much larger caliber guns such as the .9MM or
the 40 S&W.
Using the conversion unit on a Glock 22LR leaves a lot less destruction of the
targets and the surrounding structures when it is being used for law enforcement
target training. For the L.E. model, the front sights and rear sights are
adjustable and the conversion is removable on the Glock OEM sights. For the
windage and the elevation, the rear sight is adjustable.
This Glock accessory is made up of aluminum parts that are solid anodized and
have a black matte finish. The solid anodizing is three times thicker than the
typical anodizing and is as solid as a section of heat treated steel. This type
of finish helps to eliminate scratching from wear and tear. All of the steel
parts are treated with a black oxide finish. The barrel is made of CNC
machined from anti-rust 416 stainless steel and does not require any plating to
further protect it.
The Installation
The installation of the Glock 22LR conversion accessory takes about ten seconds to
complete. It is a very simple process and doesn’t require you to make any
modifications to your pistol. The first thing that you do is remove the magazine
from the Glock and slide following the instructions in your Glock pistol owner’s
manual.
Once you have done that, slide the “Advantage Arms” slide onto the pistols frame
until it stops against the barrel retaining latch. Be sure to check that the
barrel retaining latch is in its most upward position. Once you have completed
that, you can reinsert the magazine.

7075-T6 aluminum slide. The 7075-T6 aluminum is the strongest of the aluminum

adjustable sights, recoil spring and guide rod, one polymer ten round magazine
